Acceptable Use Policy
Assistra may not be used to harm customers, abuse messaging channels, bypass provider rules or violate law.
No spam or abuse
Do not use Assistra to send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, deceptive messages, phishing, malware, scams, harassment, manipulative sales pressure or abusive automation.
No illegal or high-risk activity
Do not use Assistra for illegal goods or services, fraud, impersonation, unauthorized surveillance, exploitation, hate, violence, sexual exploitation, self-harm encouragement, or regulated activity without required approvals.
No unsafe AI use
Do not rely on Assistra AI to make final decisions about healthcare, legal rights, lending, insurance, employment, housing, safety-critical matters, refunds, payments or other high-risk outcomes without appropriate human review.
Upload restrictions
Do not upload malware, unlawful material, highly sensitive data without a lawful basis, content that violates provider rules, or files intended to abuse storage, bandwidth or platform reliability.
Channel compliance
Tenants must follow Meta, WhatsApp, Facebook, Telegram and other provider rules, including opt-in, opt-out, template, messaging window, quality, rate-limit and content requirements.
Broadcast and follow-up limits
Broadcasts and follow-ups should be relevant to existing customer relationships or lawful consent. Tenants must avoid cold outreach, repeated nuisance messages, misleading promotions and messages that customers cannot reasonably opt out of.
Platform safety
Assistra may suspend or restrict access when usage threatens security, reliability, tenant isolation, provider compliance, billing integrity, customer safety or legal compliance.
