Customer Chat Notice
This notice is for people who chat with a business that uses Assistra.
Business-operated chat
The chat is operated by the business you are contacting. Assistra provides the software that helps the business receive messages, ask follow-up questions, prepare appointment or order records and let staff review replies.
AI assistance
Your messages may be processed by Assistra and AI providers to understand your request, ask clarifying questions, draft replies, translate messages or prepare records for staff review. AI may be inaccurate and the business remains responsible for final decisions.
Information you send
Do not send unnecessary sensitive information, payment card numbers, bank details, passwords, identity documents or private health information unless the business specifically requires it and you are comfortable sharing it. Uploaded files are temporary conversation attachments, not permanent storage.
Connected channels
If you message through WhatsApp, Telegram or Facebook Messenger, that provider may also process message and account metadata under its own terms and privacy policy.
Your requests
For access, correction, deletion, order, appointment, cancellation, refund or complaint requests about your business relationship, contact the business you are messaging first. Assistra may assist the business as the platform provider.
