Terms of Service
These terms govern use of Assistra. Assistra is a SaaS platform for customer request operations, not a payment gateway, wallet, escrow service, accounting system, marketplace, ERP, inventory system or regulated professional service.
Operator details
Assistra operator details will be provided before public commercial launch. During beta or pre-commercial operation, features, retention periods, channel availability and pricing may change before production release.
Customer responsibility
Tenants are responsible for the accuracy of their catalog, Knowledge Items, AI settings, business information, staff actions, customer communications, legal notices, connected channel accounts, customer consent practices and compliance with applicable laws.
Human decision rule
AI may collect information, ask follow-up questions, draft replies, summarize conversations and create operational records. Final decisions such as approving appointments, confirming orders, cancellations, refunds, fulfilment, pricing and payment collection remain the tenant’s responsibility.
Third-party services and provider accounts
Connected services such as Stripe, Meta, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Telegram, OpenAI and hosting or email providers may have their own terms, fees, taxes, availability, account approval rules, rate limits and restrictions. Assistra is not responsible for provider outages, revoked permissions, rejected applications, channel restrictions, provider charges or provider enforcement decisions.
No customer payment processing
Assistra does not collect, hold, process, refund or settle payments between tenants and their customers. Any customer payment instruction, receipt, refund or dispute must be handled by the tenant through its own lawful process.
No availability or delivery guarantee
Assistra aims to keep the service available, but does not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free AI replies, channel delivery, webhook delivery, provider approval, message delivery timing or recovery of every conversation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Assistra is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive or business interruption losses, including loss of revenue, profits, goodwill, data, channel access, customer communications or provider accounts.
Temporary attachments
Assistra is not a long-term document, media or cloud storage service. Uploaded files are conversation attachments for operational handling and may expire or be removed automatically. Tenants and customers are responsible for keeping their own copies.
Subscriptions and access
Access depends on the active subscription plan, feature gates, usage limits and account standing. Published pricing is a summary; plan details, beta availability, overage rules and included features may be updated with notice where required. Assistra may restrict paid runtime features when a subscription is expired, past due, suspended, abusive or otherwise unavailable.
Prohibited use
Tenants must not use Assistra for unlawful activity, spam, impersonation, harassment, abusive automation, unauthorized surveillance, regulated activity without proper compliance, high-risk decisions without human review, or content that violates the Acceptable Use Policy.
