Refund Policy
Assistra provides a trial period so customers can evaluate the platform before subscribing. Tenants should test channel setup, AI replies, staff workflows and billing access before committing to a paid plan.
Monthly subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewal but does not automatically refund the current billing period.
Unused usage
Unused AI reply allowances, unused subscription time, unused plan capacity, channel access and feature limits do not roll over and are not refundable unless required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing.
Exceptional cases
Assistra may issue a full or partial refund at its sole discretion in exceptional circumstances such as duplicate charges, billing errors, failed plan changes, service unavailability caused by Assistra, or issues required by applicable law.
Third-party fees
Fees charged by third-party providers, payment networks, banks, Meta, WhatsApp or other connected services are controlled by those providers. They are not included in Assistra subscription fees unless expressly agreed in writing and may not be refundable by Assistra.
Tenant customer refunds
Refunds owed by a tenant to its own customers are the tenant’s responsibility. Assistra does not process tenant customer payments or tenant customer refunds.
