Billing Terms
Assistra subscriptions are billed according to the selected plan, billing cycle, Stripe configuration and applicable taxes or fees.
Plan limits
Plans may include AI reply allowances, team limits, widget limits, channel access, Mobile Ops, analytics, branding, attachment handling and webhook features. Public pricing cards are summaries; feature availability depends on subscription status, plan settings, tenant configuration and platform release stage.
Payment processing
Stripe or another configured payment gateway may process Assistra subscription payments and issue payment records. Payment gateway fees are deducted according to the provider’s pricing.
Usage and overage
AI reply usage, included allowances, billable overage and billing documents may be shown in the tenant billing pages. Tenants should review usage before changing plans or enabling high-volume channels.
Past due and expired access
If payment fails or the subscription expires, tenant login and billing pages may remain available, while paid runtime features such as AI replies, channel AI, analytics or outbound automation may be restricted.
Third-party provider fees
Assistra subscription fees cover use of the Assistra platform and included AI reply allowance. They do not include charges, fees, taxes or costs billed by Meta, WhatsApp, Telegram, payment gateways, banks, hosting providers or other third-party services connected through the tenant’s own accounts, unless Assistra expressly agrees in writing.
No customer payment collection
Assistra billing covers tenant use of the platform. Assistra does not process payments between tenants and their customers.
