Credit Wallet & Billing Terms

Credits may be consumed based on platform usage, including AI replies, AI processing, third-party API requests, and messaging operations.

Balances may update asynchronously. Insufficient credit may pause or disable AI replies until the wallet is topped up or billing is resolved.

Credits are generally non-transferable and non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

Assistra may adjust billing logic, modify pricing, or suspend services for insufficient balance where permitted by applicable law.
