AI Disclaimer
Assistra uses AI to assist customer communication and request collection. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, mistranslated or inappropriate and should be reviewed by staff where business decisions are involved.
AI role
AI may understand customer intent, ask follow-up questions, summarize conversations, draft replies, use tenant Knowledge Items and AI settings, and create lead, appointment, order, cancellation or reschedule records for staff review.
Deterministic runtime and human review
Many business-critical actions such as order collection, appointment collection, confirmation, cancellation, pricing display and request creation are controlled by Laravel runtime rules and fixed handlers. AI does not directly approve or execute business actions.
Human approval required
AI does not approve orders, reject orders, confirm final appointment schedules, cancel accepted appointments, cancel accepted orders, collect payments, issue refunds, create binding quotations or make binding business decisions. Staff remain responsible for review and final action.
AI providers and data
AI-assisted features may send relevant messages, catalog details, knowledge content, settings or context to AI providers. Those providers may process and retain data under their own terms and data controls. Tenants should avoid unnecessary sensitive data.
Attachment summaries
Attachment summaries may describe uploaded files for operational review. Original files remain temporary and may expire under retention rules; staff should review the original file while available when accuracy matters.
Cross-language translation
If enabled by the tenant, AI may translate or adapt customer messages, knowledge base content, catalog details, tenant settings and replies between languages. Translation can be wrong, incomplete, unnatural or unsuitable for legal or commercial use.
No professional advice
AI responses are not legal, medical, financial, tax, employment, safety or professional advice. Tenants should not rely on AI for regulated or high-risk decisions without qualified human review.
